1-Go to Settings> Cellular Data>  Cellular Data Options. > Cellular Data Network
2-Add APN (below )
3-Leave Username and Password blank

APN	NXTGENPHONE or  PTA
Username	blank
Password	blank

How to Reset Cellular Data Network
Tap the Reset Settings button in Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network.
