Chinese mobile device manufacturer Xiaomi has officially unveiled its so called flagship device, The Xiaomi Mi4 amidst much fanfare in China. This device was just released, and pre-orders are happening as we speak. The phablet shows off some promising features, which makes some reviewers think that it could easily enter a battle with the ‘big boys’ on the market like Google’s Nexus 5, Apple’s iPhone 5S, Samsung’s Galaxy S5 and even the OnePlus One.

There will be three versions of the Mi4, a WCDMA model available in July, a CDMA version which launches in August and a 4G LTE version which will launch in September.

Xiaomi Mi4 Price in US

The Xiaomi Mi 4 16GB edition has been priced at CNY 1,999 (approx. US $322 ) and the 64GB edition has been priced at around CNY 2,499 (Approx. US $403).

Xiaomi Mi4 Price Release Date in US

Unfortunately the Mi4 probably won’t be available outside of China at launch. While Xiaomi is starting to offer devices outside of its home country the company doesn’t plan to enter the US market until 2015 

Both models should be available in China on July 29th.
