Verizon Offering New Family Plan Get 4 Lines and 16GB, $150/month

Verizon  has announced a new promotional family plan that will allow subscribers with 4 lines on the same account to receive 16GB of high-speed LTE data for just $150 per month.

Verizon kicked off a new limited-time promotion you an extra 8GB of bonus data per month should you switch to the L option on The Verizon plan and keep 4 lines active.  With the 2GB of free data per line per month, that comes out to 8GB of bonus data. Thus, a family of four will get 16GB of data to use every month for a price of $150/month.

Promotions setup like this aren’t new to Verizon, but the bonus data they toss in might actually make them a decent value. To take advantage, your family must sign-up for the L plan on Verizon that includes 8GB of data. From there, you can grab an extra 2GB of bonus data per month up to 4 lines, as long as you “upgrade or activate a phone” on those lines. Again, the headline here is that you get 16GB of data per month that can be shared across all of your lines for $150 and that includes the line access fees.

As an added bonus, those who activate new lines of service on an account can receive a Samsung Galaxy J3 V handset for free ($168 value). There is a limit of five free J3 phones per account; the deal is actually a $7 bill credit applied over the course of 24 months.
